Articles, program outlines, and event listings are created to provide free general information about digital wellbeing and screen balance. They are not medical advice. Content may be drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a person (see AI disclosure).

We do not accept payment to alter factual descriptions in guides. If we ever publish sponsored material, it will be clearly labelled (for example, “Sponsored” or “Advertisement”) at the top of the relevant page.

2. Paid advertising (e.g. Google Ads)
